For a softer and fresher look, purchase a bleached oak door from our Grand 208 Interior Door line. These doors are made from solid wood slabs crafted together with medium density fibreboard. MDF is much denser than plywood, making it stronger and more durable than particle board.

To create this type of fibreboard, temperature and pressure are exerted on wood fibres to make the wood panels used in the door. This provides you with a sturdier, but lightweight door. A thin, long tempered glass piece is also added to the bleached oak Grand 208 interior door to complete the look.

We use only natural bleached oak wood veneer, and because of this, the door requires no more treatment. After the veneer is added to the door, we grind and polish the surface to create a unique, semi-flat door with minimal texture.
