The next generation of Brizo’s revolutionary SmartTouch^® Technology, SmartTouchPlus™ adds proximity sensing to our existing technology, allowing for both hands-free and touch-sensitive operation. In hands-free mode, SmartTouchPlus™ activates the flow of water when hands are anywhere within 4” of the faucet, giving you a new level of convenience—and control. Additionally, integrated TempID^® Technology lets you know how warm or cool the water is with an LED light that changes color as the water temperature changes.

Water Efficiency & Watersense®

Brizo is committed to protecting the future of our nation’s water supply, which is why we offer a variety of water efficient faucets and fittings. We focus on creating products that prove luxurious experiences can also be environmentally conscious.

Working with state and local municipalities, we ensure compliant product with evolving regulations, including our 1.2 gpm–ECO lavatory faucets and 2.0 gpm–ECO shower components to address the California Energy Commission’s Title 20 requirements.

As a proud WaterSense^® partner, we also work with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to encourage efficient use of water resources and actively protect the future of our nation’s water supply. The WaterSense certification is given to faucets that meet the water efficiency requirements set forth by the EPA, with a maximum flow rate of 1.5 gallons per minute (gpm) for lavatory faucets and maximum 2.0 gpm for showerheads/handshowers. WaterSense labeled products use 20% less water than their less-efficient counterparts, while maintaining the high standards of performance expected from a Brizo fixture.

Brilliance® Finishes

Brilliance^® finishes are designed to maintain a pristine look for life—with no corroding, tarnishing or discoloration. This is achieved through a process known as Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), where molecules are embedded deep into the faucet’s surface to create a virtually indestructible bond. This creates a finish that resists abrasions and discoloration better than traditional special finishes and, in many cases, better than chrome.

Tested with over 100 household cleaners, the abrasion resistance of the Brilliance^® finish can even withstand repeated scouring with steel wool. A Brilliance^® finish is guaranteed not to corrode, tarnish or discolor for the life of the faucet. It can even withstand prolonged exposure to harsh coastal environments.
